Our IT team is looking for a talented, driven, and customer-focused Tech Support Associate who will act as the first point of contact for technical support service requests. Our part-time Tech Support Associates spend their day fielding incoming calls from internal associates across our system. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, motivated by team success, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while handling a high volume of requests.

Position Summary
The Transportation Liability Claims Leader oversees complex, high-exposure commercial auto liability and transportation-related claims while providing technical leadership to the claims team. Serving as a subject matter expert in liability claims handling, this role leads claim strategy, file quality reviews, reserving practices, and claim resolution efforts involving commercial vehicles and fleet operations. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in transportation claims, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to coach and develop claims professionals while driving timely and effective claim resolution.

Are you ready to put your investigative skills to work? If so, our Liability Claims Adjuster investigates, evaluates, and resolves trucking claims involving bodily injury and property damage. Claims range from minor to moderate with severe claims assigned on a case-by-case basis. Investigates and evaluates liability and damages for an optimal claim outcome. Promptly resolves and negotiates fair, cost-effective, consistent and expedited settlements
