Before scheduling your shipment, please review these carpet shipping terms:

• Square yard rates apply to certain carpet-related items and within specific zip codes, but palletized shipments like carpet tiles and samples have a surcharge.
• Certain items like hardwood, wood products, and turf are not eligible for square yard rates.
• Additional fees apply for residential delivery, call-before-delivery, and other special services, with no charge for single shipment pickups.
• Liability for shipments is capped at $23 per square yard.
• Shipments must list the square yard count on the Bill of Lading, or it will be calculated based on weight.
• If a shipment exceeds 24 linear feet, it may be subject to different linear foot pricing.
