You'll need to think critically, solve problems, investigate, evaluate and resolve assigned claims to achieve appropriate outcomes in a timely manner.
About the position:
- Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
- Investigates and evaluates workers' compensation claims
- Assists injured associate with work comp claims, i.e., checks, medical or adjuster issues
- Works closely with Injured associate to assure they understand the complete process; receive the treatment needed, and return to full duty work
- Provides workers' compensation letter & packet to all injured associates
- Performs initial evaluations via recorded statements with injured associate and leadership

- Maintains timely and detailed records of all claim activities
- Evaluates restrictions and need for referral to off-site modified duty work
