As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you'll enjoy the benefits of consistent customers with the added variety of working with multiple dedicated accounts. What You Can Expect as a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver:

Competitive Pay:

• Average pay: $1,809 per week; equating to around $94,080 per year
• Guaranteed minimum: $1,400 per week if you're available to work the full week
• Starting pay: $0.70 cpm

• Pay for stops and loading/unloading (not all accounts)
• Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable

• Home Weekly: Drivers can accept two-week assignments with a 34-hour reset on the road, earning an additional $200 in per diem

• Steady weekly schedule with a variety of routes depending on the account you're working on.
