Due to limited shipping volumes on the days preceding and following these holidays, some Averitt locations may have limited pickup and delivery service in some areas.

ON TIME IN FULL (OTIF) / MUST ARRIVE BY DATE (MABD) SHIPMENTS

For optimum delivery results, we recommend setting required delivery dates to avoid closed dates and weekends surrounding holidays. Work with buyers to also avoid closure dates, weekends and the day prior to any holiday as some retailers may limit deliveries. When possible, add additional days of transit to allow for holidays and retailer receiving delays. Sync acceptance of POs and dates with warehouse or production to avoid conflicts. Consider upgrades or Expedited for any JIT retail deliveries. Contact the Averitt team with any questions!

WE’RE THERE WHEN YOU NEED US

If you need assistance during one of the dates listed as closed, we will do whatever it takes to serve you. Simply let us know how we can help, and we'll make it happen.

Customer service associates will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-800-AVERITT (283-7488), except from 6:00 p.m. on December 24 until 6:00 a.m. on December 26.

Thanks again for making Averitt your Carrier of Choice!
