Part-Time Administrative Associate - Support Logistics & Office Operations
Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and looking for a part-time role with a consistent schedule? We're hiring a Part-Time Administrative Associate to support our daily logistics operations and office administration. In this role, you'll help ensure shipments are documented accurately and internal processes run efficiently.
Hours: Monday - Friday 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.
What You'll Do:
You'll play a key role in supporting our operations team by ensuring freight documentation and internal communications flow smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and providing friendly customer service to internal associates and external partners
- Performing accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and other systems
- Reviewing and organizing paperwork to ensure shipments are properly documented
- Preparing, scanning, and filing shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, delivery receipts)
- Sorting and distributing paperwork for inbound and outbound freight
- Supporting other team members in dispatch, check-in, and scanning areas as needed
No logistics experience? No problem"we'll train you. All you need is a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to stay organized.
