  • 400+ truck and trailer parking spaces including dock and warehouse
  • 120,000 square feet of warehouse space
  • 20 doors equipped with dock levelers
  • Fully ventilated and heated warehouse
  • Shop nearby with 2 service bays, a forklift service room, automatic drive through truck wash, and an attached fuel lane with a fuel dispenser located on each end to accommodate 2 trucks at once.
  • Driver Convenience Center nearby with 4 restrooms, 2 of which have showers, a laundry room, microwaves, ice machine and vending machines
  • Electric fencing and gating with security-badge only entry
  • 24-hour video surveillance
