Logistics Management magazine readers have acknowledged Averitt Express as an outstanding transportation and logistics provider for the publication’s 40th Quest for Quality Awards.  This year’s recognition marks an incredible 25 years of consecutive acknowledgment for Averitt, highlighting its ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service to shippers. 

The Quest for Quality Awards survey is a comprehensive study on shipper satisfaction within the transportation and logistics sector. There are several criteria shippers use to judge which carriers deserve the honor, including: on-time performance, customer service, ease of doing business, and overall value as a service provider. 

This year, Averitt proudly secured high rankings in five key categories, showcasing its diverse capabilities and expertise across different aspects of the logistics world, including LTL, Truckload, Warehousing, Expedited services, and more:

  • Expedited Services
  • 3PL Transportation Management
  • 3PL Value-Added Services

Each of these five categories represents Averitt’s five unique service units: LTL, Truckload, Distribution & Fulfillment, Dedicated, and Integrated. To have an award represented for each is testament to the reliability and diverse solutions the company provides.
