We reached out to Averitt, started talking ahead about, you know, our sales are ticking up. We're going to have this capacity. Started talking about the additional trailers that we may need from a ship and hold standpoint, the things that we could do to get product out closer to our customers, making it easier to make that delivery. Summer capacity, FlexUp help that we use. Lots of different tools that Averitt was able to use to help step up and be able to get product out to our customers. Our product is bulky, lightweight. We have to build custom pallets. So, we've always had issues in the past with damages. But, I can tell you with Averitt, it's just a world class operation. We we rarely have damages at all with with Averitt, and they cover all the regions of the country. So that helps us as well because we have dealers from California to Florida. So just talking and working with Averitt, explaining our needs, and them addressing them is is awesome. I had some challenges in front of me. At a certain point, a management came to me and asked me to investigate alternative warehousing. You know, Averitt has solutions for that. They're able to help us get our new product we're having made overseas into the port and then to get it to our facility in Atlanta. I don't have to worry about having different people to pick it up at the port and different people to get it to us. It's just one place, one stop, and they handle it from there. The the partnership with Averitt has been fantastic. So we went from not knowing when our freight was coming in, not knowing when it was gonna get picked up, paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in delay and demurrage fees for trailers and carriages, to a partner with Averitt who, will go support, picks her stuff up, brings it in. And, what that did for us is it took out a hundred percent of our delay into marriage costs. We don't we see zero since we've partnered with Averitt, which I think is just a a great testament to to your customer service, you know, the same type of service we try to provide to our customers. And we need the flexibility in Averitt and and the site there the customer site you have there in, in Savannah has been has been a real a real competitive advantage for us, keeping our supply chain under control within the capacities that our warehouses could handle. Averitt by far is has the best customer service and support for us. International freight happens late at night. I mean, it's midnight here, but it's, you know, ten o'clock there in China. And there's many times I'm shooting over emails to Averitt and Cindy, and I get a response at one in the morning. That doesn't happen with anybody else. Makes my life a lot easier, you know, knowing that I have one company that can handle international and domestic freight. The openness that we have with Averitt and the trust that we've built over the last fifteen years or so that we've been in business together has allowed us that freedom that if we have a problem on our side that we're very open to being able to go to Averitt. They're very open to hearing the problems that we have and taking it to the right team. You know, Averitt's just a phone call away. I deal with a lot of problems. So, it helps to have partners in place to assist with those problems. It certainly makes my job laugh a lot better. I think we're winning. It's the Power of One company being able to meet all of my logistic needs. The deal about PowerOne is I always like to come back to the relationship. Whatever my problem is, they are a solution to help us to solve it. And they will go to whatever extreme it needs to be to make it, whether it's making room in a warehouse, it doesn't matter.
