Team Up Community Challenge

 

The Team Up Community Challenge is a year-round initiative through which associates across Averitt’s network are encouraged to participate in local service projects. The initiative exemplifies the spirit of our Averitt family when we work together to serve our local communities.

How the program works:

  • Each facility plans its own events and chooses its own local organizations to serve

  • Associates and their families serve together to make a positive impact on their communities

  • Community service hours result in a matching contribution by the company to Averitt Charities
