We believe that Nashville is going to be the epicenter of distribution in the future. You see population moving into the Southeast, you see consumers consuming more goods in the Southeast, you want all your product to be closer to your consumers, it just makes sense. So the sheer fact that we're in Nashville, it's born and raised within Averitt itself lends it to a perfect marriage for us to be in this market and in this beautiful building. Super excited to be in this building too. It's been a long time coming, but now that we're here, we're up and operational, it feels like a million dollars. Speaker 2 You you make a good point. I guess most people probably wouldn't think of Nashville as a super logistics hub. Generally, you're going to think about Memphis, Chicago, Atlanta. So tell me a bit more about the location where we are and some of the infrastructure that this facility is supporting this network. Speaker 1 Well, the good thing about that, you know, typically we've seen that, right? Memphis has had a long standing relationship from a rail standpoint and several other avenues to get into Memphis. But as we've seen consumers move and as we've seen product, Nashville tends to be more centrally located. We can get to every core city in the Southeast through Nashville, but it also feeds the North. We still have partners, a lot of things that happen north of us as well and Northeast of us. So we just felt like Nashville is going to center itself for the next big boom. You mentioned Atlanta, for example. Atlanta's already busting at the seams. There's plenty of opportunities in Atlanta, but where else can the product flow? It's in Nashville. We truly feel like the next true opportunity for us to grow is going to be Nashville, whether that pushes north, east, Southeast, or even out west a little bit. So great reach no matter what port you're coming into, whether it's Mobile, Charleston, Norfolk, Savannah, you name it, you can get it to Nashville. You can distribute it closer to your consumers. So we're pretty bullish about being here in Nashville, and we love the city.
