Our facility here in Charleston is the first facility with Averitt that's a hybrid facility that means it consists of a cross dock with an attached 50,000 square foot warehouse. It's a situation where we can have everything a customer wants all in one place. Well prospective customers the first thing they see when they come to Charleston is a state-of-the-art phenomenal facility. The place it's amazing in the facility itself but then when they walk inside they're going to see the people and that's what's going to set us apart. The team here the big key here is that these people care. They care about what they're doing, they care about the customers. when they get to know the people of Averitt from every associate in this building they're gonna realize that we're going to take good care of what they asked us to do the regards to what Averitt is a one-stop shop for our customers because of the things we've added in our portside services. Every time I bring up drayage warehouse transloading or any of those things that they're not necessarily familiar with they tend to get a little shocked and surprised and pleased. They already understand that we're very good at what we do and the domestic LTL truckload and even expedited arenas, they never understood that we were all over the map when it came to portside and our international business.
