Growing up, I remember driving past Averitt and seeing the campus grow over the years. When my kids grew up and I was ready to re-enter the workforce, many people I knew suggested Averitt.
I put my application in and was called that afternoon for an interview and I was SO excited. All the research I did on the company only reinforced my belief that this was a company that was built on the values I hold.
I have loved every single day of the three years since I was hired. I am thankful to work for a company that truly values its associates. I not only feel appreciated, but I feel that I am part of something that is growing, thriving and making a difference in the communities we serve. When the pandemic started, I never doubted that the decisions being made would keep the associates' and customers' best interests in mind. I am grateful every day that I put in that application!
